South County: Sunny Slopes, Swall Meadows, Paradise: As with the Crowley Lake area, the other communities have a mixture of 2nd home owners and perminant residents. I would say that Sunny Slope, Swall and Paradise are more local oriented. Swall Meadows, about 25 miles down 395, offers more larger parcels, one to two acre in size. Paradise a normal lot would be approx. 1/4 acre. The views from these two communities are spectacular with Mt. Tom and round valley to the south. Again, many will commute to Mammoth or Bishop for work or play.
