Absentee Homeowners Assistance

"The Second Season": For many years now, well, just about 35 years, I have been involved in many different types of Property Management. Starting out in Lake Tahoe in 1972 as a licensed Property Mgr./Broker and Hotel Mgr. From 1976 I have continued on in Mammoth with Property Management and as a Real Estate Broker.
We offer many different flexable and customized
plans for the "Absentee" 2nd home owner here in the Mammoth Lakes area.
The inspection/walk through is probably the most important task we do, mainly because of our extreme weather problems. I have listed below a few of our services.
*Walk through security check. Once or twice per week depending on weather conditions. during very cold/snowy weather, twice per week.
*Check all doors and windows for proper
locking.
*Forced Air or Elect. heating on 55 degrees.
* All water devices (sinks, toilets, showers,etc)
run to check for freezing.
*Open all sink cabinet doors to allow heat to
the pipe areas.
* Arrivals: do you need the lights on, heat on ?
just give us a call if needed.
* Departures: Give us a call, we like to make
sure we have a walk through as soon as you
or guest depart to make sure all is OK.
*General inspection of the property for
anything out of place or obvious missing
items. Along with this, check all kitchen
appliances to insure they are off. Check
for roof or ceiling leaks due to snowpack
or ice dam problems.
* Do you need departure cleaning or seasonal
Cleaning ? We have the experienced
personnel.
* How about repairs ? let us know what you
need.
* What do you need? Most services we can
handle in house. For items i.e. Gas heater
repair we can provide you with a contractor.
